  Strictly No-Refund on purchased items
  Spoilt or defective items are non exchangeable unless it is due to manufacturer defect
  Exchange period is within 7 days of the purchased date from the original receipt
  Customers are advised to check the condition of promotional items when making purchase, as these items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  In-house promotional exercises are only applied for items priced above $10 and not applicable to handmade items and gemstones products.

La Trendz VIP Card

  VIP discounts are valid only upon presentation of your card to the cashier before payment.
  Unless otherwise stated, the card cannot be used in conjunction with other cards, on discounted items or during selected promotions.
 

The La Trendz VIP Card is intended for individual and/or personal use and is strictly non-transferable. Members must produce identification as and when required

  The La Trendz VIP Card is issued by and remains the property of La Trendz reserves the right to make changes without prior notice, to decline the issue, re-issue, renewal or replacement of a membership card and to suspend or terminate the right to use the card.

  Present original voucher upon making payment
  Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash & is non-returnable or transferable.
  Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
  This gift voucher may be exchanged for products of a higher or equal price than the face value on this voucher.
  Voucher cannot be used with any other offer, promotions or privileges, and non-exchangeable for cash.
  La Trendz reserves the right to amend or vary the terms & conditions when deemed necessary without prior notice.
