Please note that La Trendz product exchanges are only available on a case-by-case basis. We do not entertain refunds at all on the product purchased unless it is due to manufacturer defect. Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.

 

 

All items to be exchanged must be done so within 7 working days stated on the original receipt. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the exchange of the item. Items to be exchanged must not have been worn and must be in brand new condition.

 

 

Should we find the returned item not defective as afore mentioned or is due to mishandling, we will not entertain any exchange at all.
